FItness Pilates with Gali – Fitness Pilates with Gali is the perfect way to complement all that energy you bring to Zumba. Think of it as giving your body the extra love it deserves—building strength, improving posture, and keeping you feeling fantastic both in and out of class.

 

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying fundamental Pilates techniques and exercises, it helps to correct musculoskeletal imbalances. Originally developed by gymnast Joseph Pilates for injured dancers, Pilates has become widely known for promoting core strength, balance, and flexibility. Fitness Pilates builds on these principles, making them accessible in a group exercise setting.

Each session targets deep postural muscles, helping to strengthen the body from the inside out while improving alignment and reducing the risk of injury. This low-impact, weight-bearing workout also promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.
